While many thousands of animals across the country are in hopeless situations, here at the Mendocino Coast Humane Society your generosity enabled us to save 98% of the homeless animals that came through our doors during the 2014/15 fiscal year.

In an average month, we give temporary homes to 30 dogs and 65 cats, at a cost of $30,000. More than 50% of this comes from your generous donations, for which we thank you on behalf of the animals, who live good lives with us while awaiting their forever homes.

Help us save the lives
of homeless animals

Gray Kitty loves life, and is 14 years young. The two things he likes the most is talking and getting attention from nice folks like you! He was found stray, so we don’t know what his life was like before he was brought to us, but we know he will fill your heart with joy.
