We’re still getting to know Ocelot, born in 2020. This striking silver cat is feeling shy as he gets used to the shelter, and he may do better in a quiet, patient home where he can get comfortable over time. Ocelot gets along with other cats and loves watching the goings on of the shelter from his nest on the windowsill. He can also be found up high with his friends, Tang and Gracie, in a pile of cats, especially on cold days. While he hasn’t been very interested in play yet, as he builds confidence he will probably get more curious. We don’t know how he feels about dogs, although his shyness means he might not be a big fan. We also haven’t had a chance to see him interact with young children yet. We’ll update you on Ocelot as we learn more about this gentle soul.

Ocelot is…
-Shy! Be prepared to spend some time helping him get more confident
-Gets along with other cats
-Feelings about dogs unknown
-May not do well with loud or fast-moving children because of his shyness
-Better-suited to indoor life, at least until he gains more confidence
